Cancellation Policy

As part of our commitment to providing exceptional service, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1.Reservation Requirement: In order to secure your appointment, we kindly request that all clients provide a credit card for bookings.

2.Notice Period: We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Therefore, we ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

3.Cancellation Charges:

  • Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a charge equal to 50% of the services booked for that day.

  • No-shows will be subject to a full 100% charge of the services booked.

Last minute cancellations leave gaps in our stylists’ schedules that are difficult to fill. Your cooperation with this policy ensures that we can continue to provide excellent service to all our clients.

Children’s Services Policy

For the continued comfort and safety of our clients, Parlour Beauty Boutique is no longer providing services for children under 13 years old. Children under 13 are not permitted to accompany an adult receiving services.

Product Policy

Parlour Beauty Boutique does not provide cash refunds for returned product. Returned product can be exchanged for a different product or salon credit.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not happy with your service for any reason, please call within 48 hours of your completed service and your stylist will work with you to make adjustments. Parlour Beauty Boutique does not provide cash refunds for issues with a completed service.
